- Any unlawful activity, fraud or money laundering.
- Selling prohibited or counterfeit goods, or goods that need a licence you don’t have.
- Keeping people’s data without the right to, or using numbers in Hemlo to harass people or send unwanted bulk messages.
- Trying to reach another business’s data, probing or attacking our systems, getting around limits, or scraping.
- Trying to extract the source code, copying Hemlo, or reselling it.
- Sharing one login between several people to get around plan limits.
- Uploading malware or harmful files.
- Publishing false or misleading property listings.
- Using AI features to produce abusive or misleading content.
2What we do about it
Depending on how serious it is: we warn you, suspend the account, or end it. We report to the authorities when the law requires.
