The pharmacy checks the prescription
A code on the printed prescription opens it and its course at the pharmacy, and nothing else from the file.

Each doctor has a room plate: the number with them now, and their line as number tokens. Tap a number to open the patient’s pass: arrived, call in, done, take the fee, print the number, send the link on WhatsApp.

A room link for every doctor
The doctor scans their room’s QR once and chooses a 4-digit PIN; their room then opens on their phone or the room’s tablet, with no account and no password.

Every doctor has their own deal: a share of each fee, a monthly rent (they keep their fees), or a salary. The share is worked out on every receipt and fixed there, and each doctor sees only their own statement.

Every patient who saw a doctor has a receipt.
Each evening Hemlo matches what the rooms saw with what reception took, number by number. Anything that doesn’t match shows in its own colour with its reason, and nothing disappears quietly.

The hall’s TV shows each room’s number and the next ones. When a doctor calls a number in, it fills the screen with a soft chime. The gate’s QR sits in its corner.
