Set up your school year
Your grades are set up for you when you start. Check them, add your classes, and the year is ready.
How Hemlo School works, screen by screen, Hemlo Pay included.
What an owner does on day one. Inside the system, each step ticks itself when it’s done.
Your grades are set up for you when you start. Check them, add your classes, and the year is ready.
Each student with their class and guardians. Every family gets a private page, no app needed: attendance, what’s owed, the next instalment and the last receipt.
Pick the class; everyone starts as present, so you only tap who’s absent or late. After saving, the absent students’ parents are one tap away on WhatsApp.
A fee plan for the year with instalments by date, applied to the students at once. Then: what came in, who’s late, and what falls due next.
Hemlo never holds your money. Every payment goes from the customer’s wallet to your own merchant account, under your own contract with the wallet. Hemlo is the software that asks for the payment and watches for the answer.
Good to knowA payment counts as paid only when the wallet itself says so. Hemlo asks the wallet with your account’s details; a message that merely claims a payment is never enough.
Settlement to your bank follows your agreement with the wallet, not Hemlo.
Hemlo Pay already works in shops, gyms, clinics and real estate offices. Next it comes to schools: a payment link you send a family on WhatsApp for an instalment, paid with FIB, Zain Cash or Qi Card straight into the school’s account. It will be free, as it is everywhere.
Good to knowUntil then, record wallet payments by hand when you take a payment, and choose the wallet as the method.
Each person has their own Hemlo account and a role that decides what they can see and do. No shared passwords.
Everything is open during the 14-day free trial. Choose your plan before it ends to carry on without a break. Your records are always kept, whatever happens.
Hemlo works in Arabic, Kurdish and English, on a phone, a tablet or a computer. Each person picks their own language in Settings.
